My website has the first five chapter projects that I did with my partners in my Statistics and Probability class.

Chapter 1: Mine and Lizzy's chapter one project on which was the classes favorite social media gave us very clear results that could more than likely be illustrated on a circle graph. Our options for favorite social media were Snapchat, Instagram, Yahoo!, Facebook, and Twitter. Our results were in order from favorite to least, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and lastly Yahoo!
Chapter 2:Mine, Michaela, and Holly's chapter two project was on the races times from the CMAC jamboree 2 meet for high school girls. We made several different kinda of graphs to show all of the times that the top 50 girls completed the race.
Chapter 3: Mine and Charlie's chapter three project was on the top 50 home run hitters of the 2017 season. We found many different measurements and calculations that tell us a lot about our data. We also made a stem and leaf plot that gives a clear and simple illustration of our data.
Chapter 4: Carter, Viktor, and I created a project for chapter 4 based off of the top 50 free throw shooters in the NBA. We found many different measurements with our numbers and used a line graph to illustrate our data.
Chapter 5: Olivia and I created a project based on the probability of certain situations when spinning the Wheel of Fortune. We gave different probabilities and reasoning for certain situations.
Chapter 6: For Chapter 6, Makenna and I did a project on the probability of Philadelphia Eagle's kicker Jake Elliot making his field goals based on his percentages. We found a lot of information based on random variables and made it into our Chapter six project.
Chapter 7: Mine and Victor's chapter seven project on how many times a week people do their homework was interesting to me. I enjoyed going around and surveying people. With the data we made a histogram and also a bell shaped graph.
Chapter 8:Mine, Coles, and Dylans's chapter eight project on home run percentage was cool to me because it involved baseball. We found data on how many home runs a player hit every one hundred at bats and we found different measurements such as critical values with that information.
Chapter 9:Mine and Jacob's chapter nine project on how much time people spent on Facebook a day was entertaining to me. We went around and asked 30 different people how much time they spent on Facebook a day and most people said they did not spend any time on it a day, but some people said they spent a lot. We fund different measurements specifically the p value and decided whether or not we should reject the null hypothesis or not.
